24V DC Control Output:Â The controller can output 24V DC power associated with logical relation setting of the ON/OFF Control to drive a solenoid, an electrical relay or other external devices.
Control Panel lock:Â Lock all buttons on the conttol panel by pressing the ON/OFF button and hold for 2 seconds to prevent misoperation.Â
Max Adjustable Output Voltage:Â Max Adjustable Output Voltage can be preset to protect the vibratory feeder from damage caused by high voltage.Â
Overheat Protection:Â If internal temperature of the controller gets too high. the conttoller will stop its output to protect itself.
Overcurrent Protection:Â If output current exceeds its rated value by Misoperation, the controller Will stop its output to protect the controller and vibratoty feeder.
Short-Circuit Protection:Â lf output of the controller is short -circuited, the fuse inside the controller will be blown to protect the controller and vibratory feeder from further damage.
